Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 September 2026
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit this website or buy the product, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.
1. What we collect
- Purchase details: your name, email address, and order information, passed to us by our checkout provider.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, so we can answer you.
- Basic usage data: non-identifying information about how pages are used, so we can keep the site working.
2. What we never collect
We do not ask for, receive, or store your passwords, recovery phrases, private keys, wallet seed phrases, or the contents of your personal estate plan. The method is deliberately built so those never leave your own hands. Anyone claiming to need them on our behalf is not us.
3. Why we use it
To deliver what you bought, provide support, handle refunds, meet accounting and legal obligations, and — only if you opt in — send you product updates. We rely on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running the business, your consent for marketing, and our legal obligations.
4. Who we share it with
Only with service providers that make the product work: our checkout and payments provider (Whop), our website hosting provider, and our email provider. They may process data on their own infrastructure, including outside your country. We never sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.
5. How long we keep it
Purchase and billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support messages are kept while they are useful for your support history. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or port it elsewhere — and to withdraw consent or opt out of marketing at any time. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in California law. Email support@digital-estate.online and we will respond within the timeframe the law allows. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Cookies
We use only the cookies and similar storage needed for the site and checkout to function. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, though checkout may stop working.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited data we hold, and we keep the amount of data we hold deliberately small. No online service can promise perfect security.
9. Children
The product is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes and contact
We will post any update to this policy on this page with a new date. Questions or requests: support@digital-estate.online.
