Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 17 September 2026
These terms form the agreement between you and The Digital Estate Planner when you buy or use our materials. By purchasing or using the product, you accept them.
1. What you are buying
The Digital Estate Planner is a set of digital educational materials: written guidance, worksheets, templates, and structured instructions for mapping your digital assets and planning how access to them is handed over. Package contents are described on the sales page at the time of purchase.
2. Not legal, financial, or tax advice
The materials are for information and organisation only. They are not legal, financial, investment, or tax advice, and no professional relationship is created by your purchase. Estate, inheritance, and succession rules differ by country and by state. Have your final arrangements reviewed by a qualified lawyer or estate professional in your jurisdiction before you rely on them.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy and safekeeping of everything you record.
- The method is designed so that you never write passwords, recovery phrases, or private keys into the plan. If you choose to record secrets anyway, you do so at your own risk.
- You are responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms, exchanges, and services you hold accounts with, including their own inheritance and account-transfer rules.
- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.
4. Licence and permitted use
On payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own estate planning and that of your immediate household. You may not resell, republish, share, distribute, or use the materials to build a competing product, and you may not remove ownership or copyright notices. All intellectual property remains ours.
5. Payment and delivery
Purchases are processed by our third-party checkout provider, Whop. Their payment terms apply to the transaction itself. Access is delivered digitally after payment is confirmed. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change for future purchases.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our 30-day guarantee, described on the Refund Policy page, which forms part of these terms.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, or reorganise the materials. We aim to keep the website and access available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may withdraw access from anyone who breaches these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost assets, lost accounts, lost revenue, lost data, or losses arising from decisions you make using the materials. Our total liability in connection with the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
